An interactive experience to take Oracle’s FY23 Sales Kickoff from a fundatory to plain old fun
The challenge: How could we get people to actively engage at the biggest employee event of the year?
The solution: We created an interactive RFID experience to gamify information gathering.
Each key executive’s message had a banner with a scannable station.
Participants scanned each station to receive interactive text messages where they could learn more and engage with the content.
We created three sets of potential messages so people scanning at the same time would receive unique texts.
Scanning all five stations won participants an Oracle badge and the chance to win a Peloton.
