An interactive persona experience for a Human Capital Management sales meeting
The challenge: How could we keep a sales pitch for human-oriented software feeling human?
The solution: We created an in-person interactive experience to help Human Capital Management (HCM) customers envision how we can help them invest in their people.
From six of Oracle Redwood’s core avatar illustrations, we expanded representation with a base kit of almost 40 unique persona illustrations to match the in-room attendees
With the sales team, we crafted short persona stories built around specific employee roles
An in-person interactive experience using scannable QR code on banners
A hype video that combined Oracle-illustrated video clips with custom animation
I creative directed, led copy ideation, and copy edited. Annie Szotkowski wrote while Gaby Hoey and Bryan Keplesky designed.
We integrated these personas throughout our campaign, encouraging attendees to Meet the Future You.
Each banner featured a scannable QR code that allowed people to dive into persona stories at their own pace.
